SCE25C60 is a high-performance silicon controlled rectifier (SCR) device, an important member of the semiconductor switching element family. Silicon controlled rectifier, also known as thyristor, is a four-layer three-terminal semiconductor device with the characteristics of high efficiency, high reliability and long life.

Working Principle
