Product description
The SCZ55C80 series unidirectional thyristors, available in standard TO-3P packages, are ideal for unidirectional switching applications such as phase control, heating, motor speed control, converters/rectifiers and capacitor discharge ignition. At approximately 1.5V, this unidirectional thyristor product has a low gate current trigger current (up to 50mA).
