SG5042B150 series gas discharge tubes are SMD packaged and feature high surge ratings. Designed for small size (5.0x5.0x4.2mm) PCB surface mounting, designed to provide a high level of protection against fast rising transient voltages caused by lightning strike interference. Low insertion loss, especially suitable for high-speed equipment. Capacitance does not change with voltage and does not cause operational problems for network communications between undesired capacitance changes. The product function is very powerful, and the product capability reaches a surge performance of more than 5KA.
