The SBT36CA series of tvs transient suppression diode products adopts the standard Axial axial P600 package and has a rated power of 12000W. The product has extremely fast response time (sub-nanosecond level) and very high surge absorption capability. Designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment in circuit applications from voltage transients caused by lightning strikes and other transient voltage events.
