Working Principle
Inside the TYN810 is a four-layer semiconductor structure (PNPN) with three pins:
- A (Anode)
- K (Cathode)
- G (Gate)
It is essentially a controlled switch that will only conduct when certain conditions are met.
TYN810 adopts a unidirectional conduction structure. Its working principle is based on the on-off control of the PNPN structure. The device is turned on by an external gate trigger current and is used to control high current loads.
