The 5.0SMDJ60A is a high-performance unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppression diode designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from damaging voltage transients and electrostatic discharge events.Encased in a DO-214AB surface-mount package,the device is engineered for applications requiring robust over-voltage protection.With a 5000W peak pulse power rating,it provides superior protection against high-energy transient events that could otherwise damage electronic components.
