What is BAS70-06?

BAS70-06 is a low-power, small-package, series-connected dual Schottky diode commonly used in logic level conversion, voltage boosting, protection circuits and other applications that require high speed and size.

Applications

  • Level Shift / Boost Dropout
    When a certain voltage offset needs to be added to the signal path (for example, the overall signal is "raised" by about 0.6V), the BAS70-06 series connection can be used: it can be used for level fine-tuning and voltage threshold adjustment compatible with analog circuits.
  • Dual-stage Clamping / Compound Protection
    The series structure can achieve a higher protection threshold than a single diode. For example, the input voltage is turned on only within 0.6V-0.7V to prevent smaller interference from being processed incorrectly: this clamping method improves anti-interference ability and is suitable for precision interface signal protection.
  • Current Path Control
    When building a unidirectional channel in a low-current circuit, the series diode can effectively block low-voltage reflux, such as for auxiliary paths of switching power supplies, voltage rail control, etc.
  • RF/High-frequency Circuit Rectification
    Due to its fast switching speed, the BAS70-06 is also suitable for high-frequency signal rectification, modulation and demodulation, and other occasions (such as RF energy collection, micro-power rectification, etc.).
