The P6KE600A is designed in axially perforated DO-15 package with a peak power rating of 600W. It has extremely fast response time (sub-nanosecond) and very high stability. Designed specifically for the protection of various interfaces in electronic circuit applications from transient voltages caused by lightning strikes and other transient voltage events.
