SD103AW Description

SD103AW is a surface mount Schottky barrier diode. It is a high performance small signal rectifier device. The diode adopts SOD-123 package and is widely used in various electronic circuits for high frequency rectification, signal detection and power supply protection.

Working Principle

  • Low forward voltage drop: The barrier height of the Schottky contact is lower than that of the PN junction, which makes the forward voltage drop lower at the same current and improves the circuit efficiency.
  • Temperature characteristics: The forward voltage drop has a negative temperature coefficient, which helps prevent thermal runaway.
