SR530 Description

SR530 is a Schottky Barrier Rectifier diode in DO-201 package (axial lead package). It has the characteristics of low forward voltage drop and high switching speed. It is widely used in switching power supplies, DC-DC converters, polarity protection and other occasions.

DO-201 package is an axial package and suitable for through-hole technology (THT).It is convenient for manual soldering and PCB board installation.
