Encapsulated in a DO-214AC surface-mount package, SS310A offers excellent thermal performance and reliability under continuous operation. With its low power loss and high surge capability, it is widely used in power supplies, DC-DC converters, freewheeling diodes, and reverse polarity protection circuits.
