Overview Parameters Features Applications Documents

General-Purpose TVS Diode

SMBJ3.3CANew

The SMBJ3.3CA series transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diodes, housed in a DO-214AA (SMBJ) package, are bidirectional protection devices with a peak pulse power rating of up to 600W, effectively absorbing lightning and surge energy. They are primarily used to protect circuits from transient overvoltages such as electrostatic discharge (ESD), surge voltages, lightning strikes, and inductive load surges.
