SMBJ26CA TVS Diode - Industrial-grade transient voltage suppression expert!
SMBJ26CA provides a 26V precise protection barrier for the circuit. 600W high surge absorption capacity, bidirectional protection and nanosecond response speed can effectively resist transient threats such as lightning strikes and EFT. It adopts standard SMB package and is compatible with efficient SMT technology to meet the needs of high-reliability scenarios such as industrial automation, communication base stations, and power systems.

Working Principle
- Normal state
When the circuit voltage is lower than the reverse cutoff voltage (26V) of SMBJ26CA, the device is in high impedance state (cutoff state), which has almost no effect on the circuit. - Transient voltage trigger
When the voltage exceeds the breakdown voltage (31.9V) of SMBJ26CA, the device quickly enters the low impedance state (avalanche breakdown), discharges the excess energy to the ground through itself, and clamps the voltage below the clamping voltage (42.1V)
