Overview

Semiware launched the SE16F series of low-capacitance ESD electrostatic suppressor products, which adopt the standard DFN1610 package shape and multi-channel combination structure. The inter-electrode capacitance is low (about 0.6pF), which meets the ESD requirements of IEC61000-4-2, reaching 25KV (air discharge) and 15KV (contact discharge). The leakage current is small and the reaction speed is fast (nS level). It is widely used in security monitoring, network communication, automotive electronics, industrial control and other fields of signal interface or power port ESD static electricity and surge protection.
