The SS320A is a 3A, 200V Schottky rectifier diode designed for high-efficiency applications where low forward voltage drop and fast switching speed are essential. Encapsulated in a DO-214AC surface-mount package, SS320A offers excellent thermal performance and reliability under continuous operation. With its low power loss and high surge capability, it is widely used in power supplies, DC-DC converters, freewheeling diodes, and reverse polarity protection circuits.
